Oh, just guest blogging for my favorite NYT bestseller.
I love Allison Winn Scotch, and not just because she’s got booze right in her name, or even because she asked me to guest-blog for her while the bitch she skips across Paris.
I love Allison because she’s even nicer than she is talented than she is gorgeous–and that’s saying a lot.
If you haven’t bought and read all of her books, please do so as a favor to me. And to yourself.
Mostly to yourself.
And then skip on over to read what she actually let me say on her blog.
Don’t forget to comment! I mean, it’s not like I care all that much or I judge my worth by the nice things strangers say about me or anything.
Okay, it might be exactly a little like that.

Here’s the comment I left on Allison’s site: I just read your book and will be reviewing it for http://www.bookroomreviews.com in the future. Like you, I love books (I’m a poet, journalist, fiction writer and artist, and have done some TV work) and hate it that everyone’s reading on anonymous-looking ereaders now. You’ve covered all the basics of male-female relationships in marriage with great wit (and while proclaiming, with others, that you still love your husband!) and reading it is psychologically helpful (and, of course, FUNNY!). Cheers to you and your enthusiasm for life!

Christina, thanks for that comment–it truly made my day! I am thrilled that you enjoyed the book! I can’t wait to see your review… us book-lovers have to stick together! Sappy aside: I took my daughters to the library today, a trip we make often, and actually found myself wondering on the way out the door how much longer libraries will even be around. (Can you IMAGINE trying to tell your grandchildren about these strange places you had when you were a kid where you could borrow books FOR FREE… oh, and books were these stacks of papers that were all glued together…
