Never, and I repeat NEVER leave the house without a change of clothes for you and baby. Because if you do you can bank on it that you will either be:
a) puked on
b) peed on
c) pooped on
d) all of the above! :)

And I guess along those same lines - carry enough wipes to clean up at least twice the amount of liquid/food you think the little has in them.

1. Baby's name! Although if you are not in agreement you may want to wait until you are in delivery for that and you will surely win!
2. Let your husband know he will be getting no attention or love from you for at least the next 18 years! Haha
3. Discuss some basics like feeding, diaper changing and grandparents!

I'm not sure where even to start:

1. Stock the freezer with ice cream or the pantry with whatever makes you happy.

2. Be prepared to be unprepared and expect the could-never-have-expected.

3. Determine "the look" that your husband reads immediately as "Uh oh." Be prepared to use it when necessary.

4. What Mackenzie said above --- this can't be stated strongly (or often) enough
